We choose to craft our kombucha to complement the naturally occurring tartness, by using unique and powerful flavors to find a magical feat of balance. We make sure that our kombucha is not only brewed with love and tastes awesome, but is also real Kombucha that is packed full of the organic acids and probiotics that it is really all about.
Kombucha has been around for thousands of years, and has been known for a staggering array of health benefits from aiding in digestion and metabolism, to cleansing of the liver and kidneys, all the way to healthier skin and hair, and body alkalizing properties. Kombucha has also been known to contain viable pro-biotic’s, amino and other organic acids, and B-vitamins. Research on Kombucha in this has been very limited, we are not presenting these as statements as facts, nor are we making specific statements about the health benefits of Mountain Culture.
